The dining room is a very spacious area that gives access to all the rooms in the apartment. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances (oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, etc.)

The apartment is a space with a very comfortable layout, in which you initially have a small hall that gives access to the dining room of considerable size. This has direct access to the two bedrooms, the two bathrooms, the kitchen and one of the two balconies.

You have access to all the exclusive services available at the Residential Complex:

- Heated outdoor pool (from 25/12 to 07/01, all Easter and from 01/07 to 31/08) with changing rooms and direct access to it.

- Exclusive bus service to ski slopes (Vielha-Cota 1500 in Baqueira Beret just below Telehuevo), with three services going up and three going down.

- Sauna area (dry and wet) with changing rooms.

- Social room with Wi-Fi, two table footballs and a ping pong table.

- Concierge service 365 days a year.

The apartment rental does not include bed linen and towels. If this service is required, an additional fee of €20 per person must be paid.

Arrivals after 10:00 p.m. will be charged an additional fee of €20.

On the day of your arrival you must pay the Tourist Tax: €1/person-day (children under 16 are exempt from paying this tax).

When you book, I will contact you so that you can send me a copy of the National Identity Documents or Passports of all guests, since the hosts of Tourist Use Homes are obliged to notify our regional police about your stay.

The pandemic caused by the appearance of COVID19 has made us all worry even more about the hygiene of our homes, so we want to inform you that in our apartment we have taken all the necessary measures to guarantee proper cleaning and disinfection of it through the use of virucidal products approved by the Health Authorities.

For prevention reasons, we do not offer courtesy products such as oil, salt, vinegar or sugar.
