On the main floor, you will find a living-dining room with direct access to the balcony, two comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a full bathroom.
On the upper floor, there is a double bedroom and a second full bathroom, which offers greater comfort and privacy.

Services and common areas
- The reservation does NOT include bed linen and towels. In case you need us to put them on, it will have an extra cost of €20/person.
- Pets have an extra cost of €10/night.
Other notable aspects
- It is strictly forbidden to use the fireplace.
- On the day of your arrival you must pay the Tourist Tax: €1/person-day (children under 16 years old are exempt from paying this tax).
- When you book, I will contact you so that you can send me a copy of the National Identity Documents or Passports of all guests, since the hosts of Tourist Use Homes are obliged to notify our regional police about your stay.
- The pandemic caused by the appearance of COVID19 has made us all worry even more about the hygiene of our homes, so we want to inform you that in our apartment we have taken all the necessary measures to guarantee proper cleaning and disinfection of the same through the use of virucidal products approved by the Health Authorities.
- In the house, as a security measure, you will not find courtesy products such as: oil, salt, vinegar, sugar, ...
