This cozy three-bedroom apartment is ideal for enjoying a warm and comfortable stay. It has a spacious living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and two balconies, one of them with a table and chairs, perfect for relaxing outdoors. Its excellent location will allow you to be in the center of Vielha in just 4 minutes on foot, with easy access to supermarkets, pharmacies, shops and restaurants.

The apartment is located in the SAPPORO I Residential Complex, one of the most complete communities in the Aran Valley, which offers multiple additional services, such as:

- Heated swimming pool.

- Dry and wet saunas.

- Private transportation to the ski slopes during the winter season.

- Social room with table football, ping-pong table, darts, game tables and WiFi.

The space

The apartment has three bedrooms, one of them with access to a balcony. There are two full bathrooms, a spacious living-dining room with access to a balcony equipped with a table, chairs and beautiful views of the complex's pool. There is a fully equipped kitchen.

The SAPPORO I community has multiple services:

- Exclusive bus service to the Baqueira 1500 slopes

- Heated outdoor pool (according to calendar) with men's and women's changing rooms

On the day of your arrival you must pay the Tourist Taxes: €1/person-day (children under 16 years old are exempt from paying this tax).

Pets are allowed, but they must be a maximum of 7kg (Bichon Maltese style) and have a supplement of €10/day to be paid on the day of your arrival.

When you book, I will contact you so that you can send me a copy of the National Identity Documents or Passports of all guests, since the hosts of Tourist Use Housing are obliged to notify our regional police about your stay.

The pandemic caused by the appearance of COVID19 has made us all worry even more about the hygiene of our homes, so we want to inform you that in our apartment we have taken all the necessary measures to guarantee a correct cleaning and disinfection of it through the use of virucidal products approved by the Health Authorities.

For prevention reasons, we do not offer courtesy products such as oil, salt, vinegar or sugar.
