This beautiful duplex, with a surface area of ​​45 m² spread over two floors, is the perfect place to enjoy a quiet and relaxing stay. Renovated in October 2018, with a brand new bathroom from October 2022, the apartment offers a modern and comfortable atmosphere.

Spectacular views to the west, from where you can contemplate the charming landscape of Vielha, Casau and the imposing Montcorbison mountain.

Located in an exclusive community that offers numerous services:

- Heated outdoor pool (according to calendar).

- Dry and wet saunas.

- Private transport to the ski slopes during the winter season.

In addition, you have the option of reserving a parking space in the same building for €10/day (subject to availability).

The space

The apartment is designed for your comfort, equipped with a 150 cm double bed and a 140 cm sofa bed, ideal for a couple or small groups.

Services and common areas

Small pets (5-6 kg) are accepted, with a supplement of €10/day. Important: pets cannot be left alone in the apartment, they must always be accompanied by one of the guests.

As a guest, you will have access to all the services of the SAPPORO I Residential Complex, which include a swimming pool, saunas, social room and transport to the slopes during the ski season.

To ensure an excellent coexistence, we ask that you respect the neighbours at all times.

Other highlights

If you wish us to include sheets and towels, you can request it for an additional cost of €20/person.

Tourist tax: Upon arrival, you must pay €1/person/day (children under 16 are exempt).

Once the reservation is confirmed, I will contact you so that you can send me a copy of the Identity Documents or Passports of all guests, according to the regulations for notifying the regional police for tourist accommodation.

Hygiene and prevention measures

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have implemented rigorous cleaning and disinfection measures with virucidal products approved by the Health Authorities, to guarantee your safety during your stay.

For prevention reasons, we do not offer courtesy products such as oil, salt, vinegar or sugar.
