This charming, completely renovated penthouse offers a warm and welcoming stay, with stunning views of the Baqueira Beret ski resort and the majestic Montcorbison mountain, as well as the picturesque nearby towns such as Casau and Gausach. Located in one of the most privileged communities in the Aran Valley, the SAPPORO I Residential Complex, which has a wide range of services (heated pool, saunas, among others), this property is perfect for both winter and summer.

Space features

The apartment is distributed on two levels.

Ground floor:

A spacious and bright living-dining room with an integrated kitchen and two large windows that offer direct views of the Baqueira Beret ski resort. In addition, it has a spacious double bedroom with the same views, and a completely renovated bathroom.

Upper Floor:

Accessed via a spiral staircase leading to a hall and a corridor connecting to two bedrooms and another full bathroom, also renovated. Both bedrooms have Velux windows, one with views of Montcorbison and the surrounding villages, and the other providing plenty of natural light.

Amenities and common areas

The SAPPORO I Residential Complex offers multiple services that will make your stay unforgettable:

- Exclusive bus service to the Baqueira 1500 slopes.

- Heated outdoor pool (according to calendar) with male and female changing rooms.

- Dry and wet saunas, also with male and female changing rooms.

Other highlights

- Possibility of booking a covered parking space in the same complex (€10/day). Ask about availability.

- Sheets and towels not included. Guests must bring their own bed linen (pillowcase, bottom sheet and duvet cover) and towels. If you prefer us to take care of this, the additional cost is €20/person.

- Tourist tax: €1/person/day (children under 16 are exempt).

Upon arrival, a copy of the ID or passport of all guests will be requested to comply with the registration regulations of the regional police.

Due to preventive measures, we do not offer courtesy products such as oil, salt, vinegar or sugar.
