With two bedrooms, a bright living-dining room, a practical kitchen and a full bathroom recently renovated in September 2023, this apartment is perfect for families, couples or groups of friends looking for comfort and style.

Natural light: All rooms (except the bathroom) have exterior windows, making the apartment incredibly bright and cozy.

Two private balconies: Ideal for relaxing while enjoying the panoramic views of the valley.

Fully equipped: The apartment has a TV, washing machine, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, hair dryer, iron, microwave and refrigerator, so that you do not lack anything during your stay. Travel cot available for the little ones.

Unbeatable location: The apartment is located a few meters from restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies and shops, making it easy to access everything you may need.

Additional services

Pets welcome: We accept small pets (5-7 kg) with a supplement of €10/day. Your furry friend is also welcome!

Bed linen and towels: Not included in the reservation price, but available for €20/person.

Parking spaces: The community has limited parking spaces with restricted access, although it is important to mention that there are more apartments than available spaces.

Other things to note

Tourist tax: €1/person per day (children under 16 exempt).

Regulations: After booking, I will contact you to request identification documents for all guests, as required by the regulations for tourist housing.

We take hygiene and safety very seriously. Our apartment is cleaned and disinfected following strict protocols with virucidal products approved by health authorities, so that you can enjoy a safe and worry-free stay.
