The space

On the ground floor, you will enjoy a fully equipped living-dining room, connected to a kitchen with an American bar, creating an ideal environment to share moments in a group. From here, stairs lead to both the first floor and the basement.

On the first floor, you will find two bedrooms with large windows offering beautiful views of the Garonne River and the mountains. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom, while the other bathroom is located in the hallway for everyone's convenience.

In the attic, there is a third double bedroom with its own full bathroom, offering privacy and comfort.

On the basement floor, you will have a washing machine, dryer and direct access to the garage.

Additional services

The house is fully equipped with everything you need: dishwasher, coffee maker, duvets, pillows, kitchenware, and basic products such as dish soap, dishcloths and toilet paper.

- Bed linen and towels: They are not included in the price, but you can request this service for €20/person.

- Tourist tax: €1/person per day (children under 16 are exempt).
